BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PERSONNEL

Courtesy Motors is looking for a talented, self- motivated, driven individual to accelerate our Internet Sales Business Development Department. 

The primary role of the position is to answer and monitor incoming internet leads from all sources coming to the store.

Job Type
 
  • Full-time Salary: $40,000 to $100,000/year
Responsibilities

  • Answering new and used internet leads
  • Delegating an immediate and long-term follow-up strategy with sales consultants.
  • Tracking and monitoring appointments and sales
  • Tracking sales staff performance with internet leads. 
Experience Needed

  • Internet Sales: 1 year (Preferred) 
  • BDC Sales: 1 year (Preferred) 
  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred) 
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Property/leasing: 1 year (Preferred)

SERVICE TECHNICIAN

SEEKING EXPERIENCED TECHNICIANS 

WE ARE CURRENTLY OFFERING UP TO A $10,000 SIGN ON BONUS BASED ON EXPERIENCE!!!  

Automotive Technicians are a part of one the most important teams in the dealership - The service department! 

As an Automotive Technician you will quickly and efficiently perform routine maintenance and identify the cause of breakdowns and repair them using the most optimal solutions. The jobs are challenging and extensive training is available to those who are career focused!

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders  with efficiency and in accordance with our dealership standards
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including  engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension,  braking, air conditioning, etc. to specification
  • Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive  repairs
  • Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers
  • Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology
  • Inspect and test new vehicles and recording findings so that necessary repairs can be made
Job Requirements

As an Automotive Technician (Automotive Mechanic), you will be experienced and aware of the latest automotive technologies and be a persistent problem solver. 

We have determined some factors that may enable your success as an Automotive Technician:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician (automotive mechanic)
  • Hold a valid driver's license
  • Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.)
